RELAXING
Yoga is my go to stress reliever. A few years after starting my personal practice, I completed a teacher training course with one of my favorite instructor’s Jay Co. His selfless donation of all his student’s tuition to Charity Water, non-profit organization that helps communities access clean water, prompted me to get my teaching certificate.
